What is Abuse?

Let’s be clear what we’re talking about here: we are NOT talking about an argument, angry words or simple name-calling.

We are talking about is women and children who are physically, emotionally and sexually assaulted by men who try to dominate by asserting power and control over them. We’re talking about women and children living in constant fear of suffering severe physical and emotional injuries or even death.
